***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Try an almost 400-500 phone bill, every month !! I have two PAID OFF IPHONES! Older iPhones at that ! And an series 3 Apple Watch ! Thinking about leaving Verizon ! How can 1 person afford this ! This is insane ! Please someone make this make sense. I will be stopping in my local Verizon store ! I need answers … even with being late sometimes, I don’t see how it could get that high .. when im late it’s because your asking me to pay 299. Or more . Ask your self Verizon , is this acceptable?  I have family in Florida that I need to stay connected with and now that I have this outrageous phone bill I have to consider switching at a time like this !!! Multi million or billion dollar company charging someone like me this much money over the last 6 months I’ve probably spend a couple thousand trying to keep my phone active.. I’d like to stay respectful, I find it very hard when I feel that I am being taken advantage of.. #donewithveriZon!!!!

What phone plan are you on?   We have 3 paid off phones on an unlimited plan and don't pay near that.  When you look at the full details of you bill does that give you a clue why so much?
