Hello all. I am currently working overseas for the next 6 months and I have a different phone number because of a different SIM card in my phone. I need to resolve something to do with my account back home (I am still on contract), but I can't log in to my account because the website insists on sending a PIN number to my phone to verify that it's me. This would be fine except that they are sending it to my old number which I am not currently using. There is no way for me to email to ask for help, and the live chat doesn't work because they want me to log in. This is starting to feel like a Kafka novel and I'm getting frustrated, help!

This doesn't work with my international SIM card (I've tried the country code in various ways with no success). I even stuck my Verizon SIM card back in to see if that would work but it doesn't.
I was totally able to access my account online while I was in Slovakia.
Suggest to put your Verizon SIM in your phone and pay the small per text fee for receiving the text.
The only reason it wants to send you a text is because you have never logged into the website before. Is this true?
