To say I am disappointed is understatement.
1. I purchased 3 phones last night over the phone to be picked up. Told them which Verizon I wanted to go to. Got there and they said our phones were at a different location!
2. Got home. 1 phone worked perfectly. The other 2 had the phone numbers switched. Tried to call customer service and they close at 7 p.m. WHAT????
3. Called this morning and was able to get 1 phone fixed. The other one had an activation issue that was an easy fix but needed special attention. Rep submitted a ticket and told me it would be about 2 hours. Two hours later no response. Called this time and was now told it would take 24 hours.
4. Asked why. YOU ARE VERIZON? Why don't you have 24/7 customer service. It was supposed to be an easy fix. Asked to speak with a supervisor. The rep said she'd pass my message along but it would be up to 24 hours before I heard from them. Again WHAT????? YOU ARE VERIZON - GIANT COMPANY!!!!! So I asked who I could email a complaint to. She said they were not given the corporate address! AGAIN, WHAT????? So I googled it and only found this community forum. I hope someone from Verizon reads this and emails me.
UNBELIEVABLE VERIZON! I've been a customer for years and the phone was not cheap! SAD!
