I placed an order on Sunday (10/10/2022) evening for a 14 Plus and 14 ProMax without issue. Then the following morning I get an email saying "Unfortunately, there was a payment failure and we were unable to complete your order with the payment information you provided. Please use the following secure link to complete your order. The link will allow you to resubmit your payment information or use a different payment method."
First, I checked my credit card statement. Half of the amount of the full purchase was already processed. Then I checked my Verizon account...one of the phones has already shipped but the second is being held because Verizon is unable to process my payment? But have somehow already processed half of it?
Then, I clicked the link from the error email. Filled in my info again and submitted but two days later the error message is still on my account and the second phone won't ship. For the obscene amount of money Verizon charges, one would think customer service would factor in to the equation.
I have spent the last 4 hours going between virtual chat and phone calls and just keep getting passed around.
