I’ve been trying to pay my bill for a week now. The app doesn’t work, the website doesn’t work, calling doesn’t work.
My bank account information is all correct, I have enough money in all of my accounts, I have everything correctly set up for automatic payments as well but they don’t go through and I keep getting texts and emails that my bill is unpaid.
Is there anything I can do at all or do I just give up at this point?

I am also having this problem. I use Ramp for business credit card services and am attempting to split the payment from the main account (partial payment). Have never had an issue until this past week. Ramp says it is Verizon's issue - I see no pending charges on two different credit cards that I have used. Verizon says the transaction/card number fail.
