Payment not correctly applied

Second month in a row that my service has been interrupted just before midnight. 7 lines on the account. Last month only mine was turned off while the other 6 were fine. Tonight, not more than an hour ago, only mine is working. The other 6 are off. Both months they have already drafted the money out of my bank account and messed me over. Now, I can't reach anyone until tomorrow morning. Ridiculous service.
