How much do I have to pay for my services to be reinstated on my Verizon acct? How long will it take for services to be reinstated?

Any past due balance in full and more or less right away after that.

Along with paying any past due balance, also be sure pay any late fees and reactivation fees if the line was suspended for non-payment.
