Pending Order Status - last 2 days.

I’m facing Pending Order issue on my account  I’ve been in touch with Verizon Tech support team for last two days.  So far  no solution.  My phone is not working.  Unable to make / receive calls, No SMS and cellular service.  Technical Support is not helping me. So far  I have spoken with 4 Tech support executives.  All of them are repeatedly saying that they have raised the ticket and it will be resolved in 2-4 hours by their engineering team.  So far no fix.  Does  anyone know who to contact to resolve this issue.  I’m not able to use Bank account and login to my office apps  due to OTP setup on my phone.  Please advise.
