I am having the same issue. Verizon sent me new SIM cards for my old phones. Now I can't buy new lines or new phones. I have been bounced between phone reps 8 times and trips to the corporate store 3 times. Beyond irritated. Looks like I am heading to t-mobile. I told them about this issue with Verizon and they offered me a very very very good deal to switch. Hate to because I have been loyal to Verizon for 16 years-- but this is ridiculous. I have wasted 2 months trying to get a dang phone!
