Pending order cant upgrade

So i had did an online upgrade order yesterday for a note 10 plus to be upgraded to iphone 13 pro... it somehow got voided and now i cant upgrade my line at all and i have to wait.. this is unacceptable since its not my fault.. i need this removed asap so i can upgrade... idk what to do
