Hi - I ordered a new iPhone 13 Pro Max and received an empty box from UPS. I have tried every available phone number and chat service but have not been able to connect with anyone that can help me. Online Chat / Tech Support keeps referring me to Asurion, but this is not about a broken phone - UPS literally delivered an empty box that someone had re-taped, but only my receipt was inside. What should I do? We immediately went to the Verizon store but they would not help us.
