I've been using usage/activity logs for years to document my calls for my business. In past 4 to 6 months, calls have been missing from the logs. I do not have wifi calling turned on. I'm doing nothing different. What is the problem? Why are calls that I make and receive missing from the logs? How can this be fixed? It is not a matter of the data not being updated quick enough - i am looking at usage logs for the last month or the month before that - old logs that should be up to date are missing many, many calls.
I know the importance of having access to your accurate call logs! Are these primarily inbound our outbound calls that are missing? What model is your phone?
