About 1 week ago my phone began dropping my calls - people say they've called and there's no record of it on my phone in "recent" - I did upgrade my phone to iOS 14.2 and am wondering if that's the issue. I've done all of the troubleshooting I found online (restart the phone, reset network settings, etc) - none of which is helping. It is to the point where I have my calls now forwarded to my home phone - I don't trust my cell phone.
The signal now is also very weak. I am aware of no changes made in my neighborhood or in my home which would affect the signal.
