***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Phone is shut off even though I paid my bill

I paid my bill at 9pm. It was 60.30. They took my money out of my account. It even shows I made the payment on their page. But my phone got shut off at midnight and is now inactive for no payment. I paid it. It shows its paid on my checking account and on Verizon bill history.  Yet my phone is shut off. Now, I have to wait til the morning to talk to somebody?? I'm going to miss a lot of money, as I work from home, thru my phone.  Who is responsible for this error?? I'm going to need a few months of free service for all the money I'm going to miss

Ashkan, it's important that you have service after making a payment. Were you able to get service back on?
