I have had issues getting my phone trade-in from September 2017 to be credited for $235 dollars.
Every time I have called (about every two months since September) I have managed to get the run-around and told to contact another department the next day.
The only saving grace for Verizon is that their customer service has actually noted each phone call and that there was an issue with the trade-in department crediting me for the wrong phone (they mixed up the trade-in with a completely different phone model number!)
How can I get this resolved? Any tips? I have some notes from my last discussion with them a week ago, but it's reaching the point that it's annoying to continue to try something that never works out.

Trading in a phone should never be frustrating, but let's find out more on that to best help.
