I ordered a phone and traded in my old phone. I have not received the credit from my old phone. I have called Verizon several times. I am always told it is taken care of, give billing a couple of months for it to kick in. I bought my new phone this was almost year ago. I have even called and asked to speak to a supervisor, I waited two hours and gave up. I would like to file a complaint but I haven’t found where to do that.

Please let me know if you find a way to file complaint. 

I'm having similar issues too. They promised a promo credit and now they are trying to change their word in order to not honor it. I talked to one of the agents and she told me she raised the issue to supervisor and may take up to 10 business days. I'll see what happens if she even raised the issue like she said she did. Can't trust anyone in Verizon anymore.

Horrible corporate.
