I had placed my order online on Dec-5,2020 and till Dec-8 or 9, I did not receive SIM cards for all the 5 lines I ported from AT&T and T-Mobile. Now I see I am charged for all the 5 lines for the billing cycle ending on Dec-7-2020. Technically I have not used the Verizon service during that month as I had not received any of the SIM cards. When I chat with the online agent and try to explain the same, they are either super rude or do not know how their system works.
I am already banging my head as to why I changed to Verizon. Can anyone please help ?
