I recently upgraded to play more unlimited, part of the reasoning was for the free apple music and Disney+, but it looks like it's all just a scam. I'm being charged my full price but I've been trying to add both for 2 weeks now and it just keeps popping up oops we are sorry try back later. Later when? after the promotions are no longer valid. I've been a verizon customer over 15 years and this is the worst customer service I've ever even heard of. They just send you to a stupid digital assistant that must have been programed by a 4th grader. Tried calling got told check my text for a link to the stupid digital assistant. So they are just playing the circle game, well if I don't recieve what I'm paying for and yes i am paying for it cause the promotions are what made me up my plan, the cost is now almost double what I was paying. I am going to keep trying for 2 more weeks then I'm switching to a different provider. Verizon may be huge and the loss of one customer obvisouly dosen't mean anything to them, but this kind of service can and will cause millons just like me. I belive history has shown no company is to big to fail.

To ensure we can properly assist you, how are you trying to add each service to your account? What steps have you taken that has led you to receive these error messages? Are you still having these issues at this time?
