I’m trying to manage my plan to see if I can get my bill lowered (it’s insanely high when compared to other offerings I’ve seen lately that have the same features we have) but for the past few days whenever I try to access that section, this is the message I get after it spins for a while. Full signal strength in the house, sitting about 10 feet from my modem, all other websites work perfectly. The error message looks to be a direct translation from Hindi without any proofreading before it went live which is embarrassing (from a designer’s perspective at least). When will I be able to access my info to change my plan?
