I spent 50 minutes today, mostly on hold, to report poor coverage in my neighborhood and I’m not sure I got anywhere. The first agent connected me to a technical support agent who told me how they prioritize data based upon your plan and suggested I upgrade my data plan. BTW I’m pretty sure I have the top plan. When I told her it wasn’t just me, this was an issue that effects my whole neighborhood (11764), she said she can see that and would let them know but wasn’t sure if anything would be done!
If Verizon really wants to be the best network they should start by making it easier for customers to report areas with poor coverage.
