Why has Verizon's cell phone coverage/signal in the greater Nashville, TN, area gotten so much worse in the last 2 months? It's NEVER been reliable (despite what the ads say) in downtown Nashville but it's gotten so much worse over the last 2 months. Now, I can't go 30 seconds without being disconnected on West End Avenue between St. Thomas Midtown Hospital and I-440 as well as from Overbrook School to Woodmont Blvd.
I travel from Lebanon to Belle Meade every day to and from work. Started out with a dead zone at the I-24/I-40 split eastbound only and that was it. Then it moved closer to Donelson/Airport area on the Interstate. And now the dead zone is from just past SR 109 on I-40 eastbound to right around the Hartmann Drive exit.
If this what the future looks like with 5G, then I'll stay with 4G, thank you very much. I'd really like to know if we can expect better service for the prices we pay and when.
