Verizon customer service has went 180. Every time you call you receive different information about the same topic. I have no clue which rep. to believe at this moment.
the service is also getting bad also the pricing of the devices and plans. I know it’s always been expensive but the service was good and customer service. Now that those two are bad why is the price still the most expensive.
