***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Ported 3 lines to Verizon from ATT, none of them can receive calls

It has been a rocky start to migrating to Verizon. First the sim cards weren't shipped, numerous hours lost to customer support later, they were shipped, but only 2 were shipped instead of 3. Few trips to local Verizon stores, more online customer service black hole, finally was able to get all 3 lines were activated. But, the relief I felt was short lived, I cannot receive any incoming calls. Can place out going calls, send/receive texts, but no dice on incoming calls.

I have been on hold for hours, ghosted by agents on online chat! I really don't know what I should be doing or who I should be calling to get this resolved.

Any guidance will be very appreciated.

mgodsay wow, you have gone through so much in just starting service with us and you have our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience. We wanted to check on you to make sure you were okay now or did you still need our help?  -Nicci
