It has been a rocky start to migrating to Verizon. First the sim cards weren't shipped, numerous hours lost to customer support later, they were shipped, but only 2 were shipped instead of 3. Few trips to local Verizon stores, more online customer service black hole, finally was able to get all 3 lines were activated. But, the relief I felt was short lived, I cannot receive any incoming calls. Can place out going calls, send/receive texts, but no dice on incoming calls.
I have been on hold for hours, ghosted by agents on online chat! I really don't know what I should be doing or who I should be calling to get this resolved.
Any guidance will be very appreciated.
