I migrated my Prepaid line to Postpaid line:
1. In this process the balance of $37 in my prepaid account did not got transferred to postpaid account.
2. Also during the migration process my prepaid number was deactivated without migrating it on the postpaid line, due to this my prepaid phone got disconnected and I had to recharge it again a $60+taxes just to call customer care so that they can re continue with the postpaid migration..
So, can you please let me know how can I get the amount($37 + $60) transferred to my postpaid account?
