I received an email that I needed to validate my discount - this was done previously in Jan of 2020 - I logged into the app and did so directly, specifying email validation, using the same one previously remembered by Verizon. I did receive the validation message at my work email, that part is fine. However when I click on the link to confirm validation I get a message on the verizon website confirmation page saying We're sorry - the link from your email has expired or has already been used.
I've tried this several times with the same results. I'm attempting to confirm within minutes of starting the process so it is well within the 72 hours given.
Hello, REBL96. I know that getting all the discounts on your wireless account is important. Have you attempted to clear your history, cookies, and cache on the computer and re-try the link that was sent? KevinR_VZW
