Canceled my promised to pay by mistake by trying to change the date but it won’t let me set it up again

I would suggest that you call the financial services department at 866.266.1445 to make the new payment arrangements and to explain why you needed to change your previously scheduled payment.

You can try messaging in to our Verizon Wireless support directly from your My Verizon. We can guide you to see if we can do this for you. You can also try calling our financial services at, 866-266-1445 Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM and Sat: 7 AM - 7 PM CT.
