In late May my family and I opened 8 lines. We traded in 4 phones, and received 2 free XR phones and one free 12 mini, and we were to get 2 BOGO deals on iPhone 12 Max Pro. The monthly bill was supposed to be $250/month. The free phones and one trade-in are on our bill. The BOGO deals and the trade-in for my phone still do not appear despite being told this would be escalated. My bill is $447 this month. Next month it will be higher. So far I am unable to get adequate assistance from Customer Service—promises, yes; resolution, no.

Yes. When I called last month, I went over the plans we we had asked for and realized certain plans were not attached to the correct phone lines. Also my daughter hanged her phone number. I believe that she changed her plan to what is was since her service wasn’t that great. I will have to go through my paperwork to locate my trade-in form. I didn’t have a chance today.
Verizon's bait and switch promos are so misleading. I am almost in the same situation but with the $500 rebate cards for switching, If things do not get situated, make sure you file a formal complaint with the FTC and the BBB. So the Government can actually check on how they do their business.
