I purchased a drone from the Verizon online shop. the drone came damaged and the box was open. I returned it. Got the tracking that it was accepted, but have not heard anything else. It's been a few weeks and my credit card has not been credited.
I want my account credited but have nobody to talk to about it. I need a phone number and info on what to do next.
