Need to get help with my bill. Have called customer service multiple times and have been punted around. Service was imitated in January and I am spending quality time every few weeks trying to help. Looks like a big mistake switching from AT & T. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
F98o5JSS, this definitely is not the experience we want for a new customer and we are here to help. What's going on with your account? Are you able to share additional details about the promo credits you are referring to? Do you have a Submission ID available?
