my bill after 2 phone upgrades has an adjustment for state taxes of ~$105. I spoke with a supervisor for ~27 minutes and he said he was going to research and email me explanation. Got email but no explanation.
called back and spoke to another supervisor who said she saw that first one was going to email me but could not see the info in email; i read to her and she told me she would research it and get back to me.
no return call or email.
how do i get this corrected/explained?

at a verizon store; with my credit card for the taxes (required i think) and the remainder financed. the transaction is in the bill 1/29-2/28, phone xxx-1800, "one time charges", state tax adjustment $105.79.
