I have been trying to get a hold of customer support for 3 days. When I call they transfer me to an text sent to me...I reply...no answer.
When I go to live chat they say they are going to connect me to a live agent but never do. I waited 20 minutes one day and 30 minutes today.
HOW DO I GET A HOLD OF THEM? I'm so angry!
