The response from Verizon Team Lead re the lag time is wait until latter on in the day or at least by the next day......the problem is; mine is now 4 days behind. I needed a number to call someone back that I had deleted from my "recents" on my actual device.I was'nt to devastrated as I rememebred tht i could just quickly look at call log to grab it. Needless to say that is not an option after even 4 days now. I had to call a friend a short time ago to look through their file to get the number- that was my method to get the number needed; ---to bother someone else! My sister checked yesterday and this morn and her log has the same lag time. This is a problem and hopefully someone is working to resolve it?

Upon review, we do not have any other reports of this issue at this time so we want to investigate further. Have you verified that you are in the current billing cycle and selecting your line? Has it extended to 6 days instead of 4 or just consistently 4 days behind?
