Spending Limit

Idk what mine was before but just got an email today they lowered mine, for no reason... looked at my account and it says they lowered it back in November. I’ve had Verizon’s unprofessional, unreliable cruddy service for a total of 4 years, and never once ever missed a bill. But yet somehow my spending limit gets lowered. Seriously considering switching to a more reliable and more professional company
