This got my attention, I too have discovered unauthorized billing to my account for services I NEVER have purchased and never have in the past.
I asked Verizon to please return the amount roughly $500.00 but they refused.
Im floored at the audacity to flat out refuse to return money taken without consent, In my opinion that is criminal and EXTREMELY BAD BAD BUSINESS!
looking into just cutting all 6 devices and going elsewhere.
reading so many other stories like mine makes me lean towards deliberate actions in order to obtain more revenue in hopes we as customers will not notice. The thought of that will get your heart rate going.
