This has been an ongoing issue for MONTHS!! The problem appears to be with the link sent through the reminder e-mail that says your bill is ready. When you click on the link, it says "The Website Isn't working." Almost EVERY TIME. So I suspect the problem may be with the hyper link in the reminder e-mail. Either way it is annoying and needs to be fixed.
We want to ensure you are always able to access your billing and My Verizon, mattjc. Are you able to provide a screenshot of the link that is provided via email?
