i am having the same issue and it requires me to re-boot the phone then resend text messages. this is what is shown under my "service center address" - 190337029920

this has been extremely frustrating as i work in the construction field and texting is very important to my daily tasks...

I just bought a new phone and I am have the same issue. I am being able to send the text messages but unable to receive anything.
