Perhaps the Community Manager could help the rest of us. I"m having the same dang issue. Called and the person didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I wasted almost an hour before hanging up. I too and thinking of going to a different company. CS at Verizon is lousy.

What happens when you try to redeem the reward (is there an error message)? When did you claim the reward? What is the expiration date? When you called did you speak to our Verizon Up team to obtain a new code or someone else?
