I'm having a similar issue with scheduling payments. My bill is due on 12/25/2019, but I cant select payment for 12/18. Only dates allowed for me to select are in Jan 2020!

That solution was perfectly useless. There isn't even a calendar choice any more. Why can't you schedule payments anymore online? VZW is less customer oriented all of the time.

The ability to schedule a payment was nonfunctional (payment calendar did not function). I tried multiple times. Then the calendar disappeared entirely. Now I see that the function has been restored. Trying to increase revenue before the end of the calendar year? The insult is suggesting that I was just doing it wrong or that I wasn't clear about the issue. Let me repeat myself, Verizon seems to less customer oriented as time goes on.
I am happy to see the feature has returned but far more insulted by the insinuation
