I was informed by TeleSales to submit a certain rebate, it came back invalid, and now the rebate that I could have submitted in my account is 'expired'.
How do I get this figured out?
Calling in hasn't helped at all.
We understand the importance of making sure you take advantage of any rebates you are afforded. To clarify, what is the rebate for specifically. May we ask when you made a purchase that qualified for a rebate? *Joshua
The rebate they had me submit was for $650 on a new line 'PREMBYOD650'.
The rebate error that showed up for this is: "This offer requires bringing your number from your previous carrier to Verizon." (I came from Visible, so the Sales Rep thought I should be good to claim it.) Tracking Number: 967499924
The rebate that showed up in my account that I was eligible for was for $450, but has since expired as I already submitted the other one.
