I signed up for new service with existing devices to be eligible for rebates of a total $1200. Followed all the steps, and am being told that they expired. Agent filled out all forms and was told it would take TWO billing cycles while a supervisor said 14 days. NEITHER solution is acceptable as it has already been 6 weeks. I only switched from ATT because of promo and being FIOS customer, very close to switching all to spectrum
Can someone at Verizon please help
