Hi. I submitted two rebates on 8/20. I was told 45 days which would be October 4th. The agent that submitted the rebates did not submit them correctly so I had to resubmit then and that was 9/10. They are now telling me that I have to wait until 11/4 which is unacceptable and not an error on my part. I want my rebates as soon as possible. The 2 tracking numbers are 972940042 and 972940043. Please assist me with getting these rebates. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out, I am sorry for the delays with your rebates. However, we do not have a way to send them any sooner. Just so that you have it, here is the link where the submission can be tracked: I understand your feelings, no one wants to wait for a gift card from a rebate. There is always a possibility it may come through sooner. We really appreciate your patience and understanding.  -Rosie
