***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Received text that my autopay was successful and my bank account has been charged but now account inactive

I switched my plan from an unlimited data plan back to 15 GB per month a few weeks ago and last night the plan switched over. I received a text saying my autopayment had been successfullly applied and I had been charged the $35. My bank account shows a pending charge from Verizon. This morning i received a text saying that my plan didn't renew and I need to make a payment through the app. I tried to add $5 to my account (the minial amount normally needed to kickstart a plan) but the plan still won't renew. My account is inactive, but my bank has been charged.
