Recently Ported two numbers and Rebate promocode not working

I have recently ported 2 numbers to Verizon and Store people provided me a Rebate promo code which says invalid when i enter in the Rebate center website.

Need help.

You aren't happening to be talking about the promo "HOLIDAYSWITCH," are you? We ported over 4 numbers for what would be a total of $800 in rebates and now it's saying it's an invalid promotion! I even have screenshots of a verizon chat in which the agent specifically confirms the promo was still active and would result in four $200 gift cards, just two hours prior to our order. Frustrating!
