I returned a set of Studios Bids back in November (11/05/2021) and after talking with customer support multiple times, and multiple times customer support stating that the refund will be issued the next business day, the refund hasn’t been issued. I purchased on account credit but paid for it already.
I’ve reached the end of my rope at this point. Is there an organization I can file a complaint with to help with this? Any information would be really helpful.
