I was due a refund from oct10 on a trade in and have still not received it. James the "customer service manager" said today to go talk to the store! I have been told it will appear in 1 or 2 billing cycles, credited in 24 hours, and after waiting 3 months he tells me none of this is true! I have called about 7 times and every time be told it's coming. I plan on contacting the attorney general in the morning as I have been lied to and mislead about a refund. I wouldn't go with Verizon if you have a choice, run!!! Did anyone else run into issues like this and maybe they are doing it to a bunch of people. I returned an item and still haven't gotten my refund or credit.

I will call too. I was tricked. Told something different about it. You need a lawyer to make sure they don't change the paper work at the end

Are you referring to notices of posts in the Community forum via e-mails? If so, you can change your Preferences by using the drop-down next to your user name at the top of the screen when using the desktop version of the forum. There also should be a link at the bottom of the e-mails.
