Is it possible to have a line removed from my account family plan but then have that line set up on their own account with Verizon with the same phone number?

You came to the right place for assistance, KBC546. The answer to your question is yes. You can have a line removed from your account family plan and move that line to its own account with Verizon with the same phone number.

If you don't want to read a lengthy FAQ, here's a short summary:
Have the owner or manager release the line online or by calling in.
Once the authorization is on file, the assuming party has 2 weeks to respond.
Online is kinda buggy and stores will make you call anyway -- have the assuming party call the TYS dept.
Everything after this is on the assuming party. This includes them having to pass a credit check. If your plan is grandfathered, they can't take it with them. If their credit is poor, they have to pay any agreement off. Any promo credits also aren't transferrable.
NO, I do not want to transfer service. I want to remove it from my account only.

I have done that. I just need to know what information was sent after the agent said the 2 lines would be off my account at the end of my billing cycle 6/5/20. is there anything else I need to know or do concerning the removal of the 2 lines?

We apologize for the confusion, Marthacleaver1. Did you transfer these lines of service to a different VZW account or wireless carrier? Did these users keep their mobile numbers, or get new numbers?
