I have tried these same steps on my desktop, tablet amd my LG phone. Get the same results will not show the message to be reviewed with the remove tab. This is so irritating and it is slowing my phone down. Please take this off!!!

Do you mean the app is slowing your phone down? Can't you uninstall it the app? I pressed and held the app and had the uninstall option, are you not seeing that? If not what options does it give? Apo didn't slow my phone down.
I actually did remove it but it still shows that I have it in my account. My concern now is that it will start charging me for it when the free trial ends.
Also in the example that was sent to me it has the option to cancel but when I followed all of the steps that was not there...
How long ago did you activate it? Has it been at least 7 days?

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble removing this feature from your My Verizon. Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?
