***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Representatives productivity or lack of

Do the customer representatives have a productivity quota? 

I ask because on multiple occasions i have been disconnected from either my chat or my call if my account inquiry requires more than an ounce of effort on their end. 

They are rude and tend to use the "I don't know" or call "1-800 **** because that's not my department" answer. 

They maybe have forgotten what their job title or job description means.

AHT or average handle time. Call centers that depend on this terrible because it encourages a poor rush job.

Not sure if they know there job half the time tend to get excuses and script reply and hang ups are common
