I lost my phone and I'd like to suspend billing. However, when I go to the live chat it tells me that my account is locked and I can receive a temporary password via text. Clearly, this is not helpful as my phone is lost. Additionally, it is not physically possible for me at this time to go to a Verizon wireless store. How can I reset my password without going to a store and having a lost phone? Thanks.
