I purchased a palm companion and case and when I set to the palm the text messaging app will not work to scan the QR code I am being sent and there is no way to circumvent this. I tried everything. Anyway I decided it’s not worth dealing with this headache and I won’t be able to get texts anyway so I decided to return it. I am also refunding the kate spade case I purchased with it. Will I also have to pay a restocking fee for that as well? Also if it’s before 14 days will I have to pay an early termination fee?
